Giving Thanks For Petite Women Achievements

Thanksgiving isn’t just about turkey and pumpkin pie—it’s also the perfect time to reflect on the things we’re grateful for. This year, we’re giving thanks for the petite powerhouses who’ve made waves in fashion, business, and culture, despite the challenges they face in their day-to-day life.

Thanksgiving Reflection:

Thanksgiving Reflection: Gratitude for the Beautiful Chaos

This Thanksgiving feels extra special. Every year, I’m grateful for all the blessings in my life—my loving (and perfectly imperfect) children, my husband, my parents, family and extended family. Together, they make up what I call my beautiful chaos. I’m grateful for the messiness, the laughs, and even the challenges.

I’m grateful for my health, for sleepless nights that remind me I’m needed, and for the workouts I dread but prove my body is capable. I’m grateful for things most of us might dislike, like early mornings, late nights, endless to-do lists, and the overwhelming feeling of balancing it all. Why? Because they are reminders that I have life, purpose, and the support of people who love me.

This year hits differently. This Thanksgiving, I reflect on the journey I’ve taken in the past year—the leap of faith I took in creating Ever Petite. Starting this business was one of the scariest decisions of my life. I knew it would be hard, but I didn’t know how hard. I’ve been overworked, underslept, and sometimes completely overwhelmed, all while working a full-time job I love, striving to be an engaged mother to my two boys, and a present (and loving) wife to my husband.

Growing up, I used to tell anyone who would listen that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. To me, it meant being my own boss, wearing fabulous outfits, and making a difference in the world. But as I got older, I realized entrepreneurship wasn’t just a title or a wardrobe—it’s a calling. It requires persistence, perseverance, vision, grit, time, and energy. It demands sacrifices that are only worth making if it’s for something truly meaningful.

And for me, that something is Ever Petite. This isn’t just a business; it’s my passion, my mission, and something deeply meaningful that drives me every day. It’s not about making millions (though, let’s be real, that’d be amazing); it’s about solving a problem. It’s about creating a community for petite women who have so often been overlooked, and giving them a platform where they are seen, heard, and celebrated.

I’m so grateful that every hardship, joy, win, and loss has led me to this. I’m proud of the journey I’ve taken, the community I’m building, and the vision I’m bringing to life.

This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for the courage to pursue my dream, the support of my family, and the hope that Ever Petite can make a difference—even if it’s just for one person.
